BHA, Inc. has been in business for almost 40 years providing professional engineering design and planning services for rural electric cooperatives and municipalities located throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.

In February of 2024, BHA was acquired by Booth and Associates, a utility consulting engineering firm headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.  BHA, coupled with Booth's far-ranging expertise, resources, and decades of experience, is able to provide a wider range of professional engineering services, both now and in the future.
